After months of discussions with the European Commission and their contractors, the European LPG Association, AEGPL, succeeded in getting LPG included in the European Alternative Fuels Observatory. The website has several hundred visitors daily, and is the reference information point on alternative fuels in Europe, so it was critical for the LPG industry to be part of it. The newsletter can be found here. It highlights the LPG passenger vehicle sales evolution in recent years in Europe and the countries that contribute the most to the Fuel. They have also analysed the infrastructure of the six largest fleet countries – Turkey, Poland, Germany, Italy, Greece and France.

AEGPL is the sole representative of the LPG industry at European level, representing national LPG Associations as well as distributors and equipment manufacturers from across Europe. More information on the Association can be found here.
